President & Co-founder of Impulse4Women. She is a driving force in the international tech ecosystem, dedicated to connecting female-led startups and investors globally. With extensive experience in strategic management, investment readiness, and ecosystem building, she leads the organization’s mission to close the funding gap for women entrepreneurs.

Director of Corporate Communications and member of the board of directors of the Natura Bissé group. Holds a degree in Geography and History from the University of Barcelona and a Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from ESADE Business School. Awarded the Order of the Civil Merit Order in 2018 by the Spanish government for his work as president of the Spanish Business Council in the UAE.

Speaker, writer and lecturer at several business schools in Spain and a strong supporter of women in business. Honorary President of FEDEPE, VP of CEDE, VP of the Club of Directors and President of Madrid Woman’s Week.

Lawyer since 1993. PDG Management Program 1 2020 at IESE. Secretary of the Board of Directors of G3T, S.L. Secretary of the Executive Board of Impulse4Women.

Current board member at Orange España and the Spanish Internal Auditors Institute. Previously a board member at Jazztel and Merlin Properties. Also a lecturer at ESADE and Deusto business schools.

President of the Madrid Chapter of the San Francisco Keiretsu Business Angels Network. Member, investor and coach of the advisory board of several companies and startups. The current CEO of GDSFIN and has held senior management roles at various financial institutions in Spain (BBVA, Caixabank). Holds a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences and a Bachelor in Physics (Univ. País Vasco, 1979).

In-house lawyer for 20 years at various real estate companies. Holds a MDI from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a MBA from IESE Business School. Co-Founder of the startup incubators Cubicarte and Tartessos Ventures.
