PhD candidate in Gender and Diversity at the University of Oviedo, investigating structural barriers faced by female journalists in Moroccan newsrooms. She holds a BA in English Literature and an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Business Strategy. Basma has published peer-reviewed research on media visibility and hijabophobia, presented at international conferences, and consulted on women’s empowerment initiatives.

Christian Sejas

Grant and Consortium Writer
Christian is a Bolivian-Croatian lawyer with emerging experience in EU funding consultancy, particularly in supporting youth- and democracy-related initiatives. Over the past year, he has contributed to project development, proposal writing, and stakeholder coordination within the NGO and civil society sectors. His academic background includes an Executive Master in EU Studies (CIFE, France), a Master in European Studies (University of Zagreb), and a Law Degree from Bolivia, complemented by a diploma in post-Cold War world order and culture.
